Disclosures & Policies
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Disclosures & Policies describe how Pulse Payments LLC, doing business as Pulse Technologies ("Pulse," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information, and the terms that govern your use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services — including by opting in to receive text messages from us — you agree to these policies.
1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Information we collect
- Information you provide — such as your name, email address, company, mobile phone number, and billing details when you contact us, create an account, or make a purchase.
- Information collected automatically — such as IP address, device and browser metadata, cookies, and usage activity when you interact with the Services.
- Information from third parties — such as authentication, analytics, and payment providers you authorize.
1.2 How we use information
We use personal data to provide, operate, and improve the Services; process transactions; send the messages and account or product updates you have requested; deliver customer support; personalize content and offers; perform analytics; and maintain the security of, and prevent fraud on, the Services.
1.3 How we share information
We share personal data with service providers that perform functions on our behalf — such as hosting, payment processing, telecommunications/messaging, analytics, email, and support — and we require each to protect the data consistent with this policy and to use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data. See Mobile Messaging & SMS for how we handle mobile information.
1.4 International transfers & security
Pulse is headquartered in the United States, and information may be processed or transferred internationally. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
1.5 Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Account and transaction records are generally retained for the life of the account plus applicable audit periods; analytics logs are retained for limited timeframes.
1.6 Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact legal@pulsetechnologies.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
2. Mobile Messaging & SMS
When you opt in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Pulse, we collect and process your mobile phone number and the content and delivery status of those messages in order to send the texts you have requested and to honor your messaging preferences.
No mobile information or messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (such as our telecommunications/messaging provider), each of which may use it solely to send and receive messages on our behalf, and as otherwise required by law.
- Consent. You opt in to receive texts — for example, by checking an SMS opt-in box on a web form or at the point of sale. Consent is never purchased, rented, or sold.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and your relationship with us.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out & help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored automatically.
- Questions. Contact privacy@pulsetechnologies.ai.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize your device, keep you signed in, measure usage, and personalize your experience.
- Necessary cookies enable core site operations.
- Functional cookies remember your preferences.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how the Services are used.
- Marketing cookies help deliver more relevant advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and through opt-out tools offered by advertising networks. Third parties, such as analytics and advertising providers, may set their own cookies when you use the Services; their use of data is governed by their own policies, which we do not control.
