These policies apply to information collected and processed through the Pulse website and related services (the “Services”), including web pages, APIs, mobile apps, forms, and any functionality offered through Pulse channels. By accessing or using our Services you accept these policies and any updates posted to the Site.
The “Services” include content and features published by Pulse as well as integrations with third-party providers. These policies describe what we collect, how we use and protect information, and your rights. If you do not agree with these policies, do not use the Services and contact us for help with account closure or data requests.

We collect data you provide directly (name, email, company, billing details, content you submit), data collected automatically (IP address, device/browser metadata, cookies and usage patterns), and data obtained from third parties where authorized (e.g., authentication providers, analytics services).

We retain personal data as long as needed for the purposes described and as required by law. Typical retention examples include account and transaction data for the life of the account plus business/audit periods, and analytics logs for a limited timeframe.

We use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to recognize your device, maintain sessions, collect analytics, and deliver a personalized experience. Cookies fall into functional, performance/analytics, and marketing categories.
3.2 Why we use them

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping credentials secure. Notify Pulse of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or at our discretion.

All Pulse content, logos and software are owned or licensed by Pulse. You may not copy or reuse our intellectual property except as expressly authorized.
4.4 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is.” Pulse disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Pulse’s aggregate liability is limited as described in our full Terms of Use (for example, to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or a small fixed cap).
4.5 Indemnity & governing law
You agree to defend and indemnify Pulse for claims arising from your misuse of the Services. Disputes are governed by the law specified in the Terms of Use and resolved in the chosen jurisdiction.
Pulse strives to make the Site accessible to people with disabilities. We follow accessibility best practices (semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, keyboard navigation, alt text for meaningful images) and continuously improve our pages.

Pulse respects intellectual property. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, provide a DMCA notice containing: a signature, identification of the copyrighted work, location of infringing material (URL), your contact info, a statement of good faith, and a statement under penalty of perjury. We will review and may remove content while following our repeat-infringer policy. This process is for copyright owners or their authorized agents only.
When Pulse charges for services you will be shown prices at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store raw card data. You are responsible for all taxes and fees unless otherwise noted.
